By creating an account and using RizzReviewz (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You agree to use RizzReviewz only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain access until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.
RizzReviewz uses AI to generate suggested review replies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before posting it publicly. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact customers via SMS and email under applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR where applicable). You must maintain your own opt-in records. RizzReviewz is not liable for compliance failures related to your contact lists.
RizzReviewz is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
