1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, business name, and billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details). When you connect your review platforms, we store your business profile information and synced reviews. If you send review request campaigns, we store the customer contact information you provide.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide the RizzReviewz service (sync reviews, generate AI replies, send campaigns)
• Send you account and billing notifications
• Send review alert emails you have opted into
• Improve our product based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate RizzReviewz:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI reply generation (review text is sent to OpenAI's API)
• Twilio — SMS campaign delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
